Katherine “Kate” Pierce

Born and raised in New Braunfels, Katherine Pierce is deeply rooted in the community she proudly calls home. She serves on the Board of Directors for the New Braunfels Jaycees as Operations Director, where she is responsible for supporting the organization’s operational structure, internal processes, and execution of programs and events.

Professionally, Kate is the Operations Director for River City Resorts Inc, a local vacation rental management company.

She brings extensive experience in operations oversight, logistics, and team coordination, managing complex systems while maintaining a high standard of organization and accountability. Her professional background strengthens her ability to support nonprofit governance, strategic planning, and event execution within the Jaycees.

In addition to operations management, Kate has significant experience coordinating large-scale events, including tattoo conventions and community-driven initiatives. This work has provided her with a strong foundation in planning, budgeting, vendor coordination, and collaborative leadership, skills she actively applies in her service on the Jaycees Board of Directors.

Kate is passionate about service, collaboration, and building strong connections within the New Braunfels community. As a Jaycee, she is committed to supporting local nonprofits, fostering leadership development, and helping create initiatives that positively impact the city she loves.

Outside of her professional and volunteer roles, Kate enjoys spending time with her two huskies and being a proud aunt to two nieces. She is honored to serve on the New Braunfels Jaycees Board of Directors and to contribute to the organization’s continued growth and success.
