Kymber Blaschke Bell

Kymber Blaschke Bell is a co-owner and optometrist at Elevated Eye Care, a locally owned practice she operates with her sister. Since opening their doors in late 2021, their office has been dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered vision care and eyewear to the New Braunfels community.

Kymber grew up in Yorktown, Texas, and fondly remembers frequent family trips to New Braunfels to visit Gruene General Store and Schlitterbahn. Those early memories helped shape her long-term love for and connection to the community. Before returning to the community to build her career, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Texas A&M University and received her Doctorate of Optometry from the University of Houston College of Optometry.

Beyond her clinical work, Kymber is passionate about community involvement. Through Elevated Eye Care, she has helped provide vision screenings for Cross Lutheran School, supported local school nurses with eye care–related supplies, and sponsored community events benefiting organizations such as the Crisis Center of Comal County. She has been actively involved in the Jaycees since 2021, serving on committees including Philanthropy, Beer Run, Fair, and Wurstfest.

Outside of work, Kymber enjoys traveling, playing softball, reading, and spending time with family and her husband, Cliff. The two recently welcomed their first child, a baby girl, at the end of January.

As Secretary, Kymber is excited to support the Jaycees’ mission and help make New Braunfels an even better place to live through leadership and service.
