Rhiannon Williams-Torres

Marketing Director

Rhiannon serves as Marketing Director of the New Braunfels Jaycees. Professionally, she is a Power Supply Analyst for GVEC, a cooperative providing 3,500 square miles of electric service across 13 South Central Texas counties, in addition to internet and beyond‑the‑meter offerings. For the past six years, she has been actively involved in the New Braunfels community, serving on various local nonprofit boards and committees.

Originally from Sundown, a small town in West Texas, Rhiannon attended Texas A&M University, earning her BBA in Finance in 2018 and MS in Financial Management in 2019, both from Mays Business School. She is also a proud graduate of the Leadership New Braunfels program, Class of 2022, and a recipient of the 2022 Rising Star of New Braunfels award.

Her journey with the Jaycees began in early 2020 as a recent graduate focused on building personal and professional connections in the local community. Her favorite parts of the organization are the dedicated volunteer opportunities and supporting local causes through the Philanthropy Committee that positively impact the community.

Outside of work and community involvement, she enjoys cooking and baking, traveling, and is newly learning mahjong. She and her husband, Michael, can often be found exploring new places and checking out local eats and drinks.
