Sierra Crowley

Treasurer

Sierra Crowley is a Customer Success Specialist at LCPtracker, a prevailing wage and compliance company. Sierra is also a licensed real estate agent and co-owner of RealU Real Estate School in New Braunfels. She has spent the last five years helping individuals and families confidently buy and sell their homes, a passion rooted in her love for service and community.

Born and raised on the Texas coast, a true Texan girl, Sierra calls New Braunfels home. She and her family have embraced all the city has to offer and have become actively involved in the local community. Sierra holds a certification in business accounting, an Associate’s degree in Business Management, and is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree.

Sierra is deeply engaged in community service and leadership. She currently serves on the City Library Advisory Board and has been involved with the PCBC Committee for going on three years. She is also a Baroness with the Braunfels Foundation Trust, a member of the Women’s Business Alliance, and the New Braunfels Chamber of Commerce. In addition, Sierra has served as a CASA for the past two years, is a member of the YPN Committee for CASA, and volunteers with the youth at her local church.

She is passionate about creativity and entrepreneurship, and outside of work and nonprofit involvement, she is a horticulturalist and enjoys crafting, painting, crocheting, reading, exploring local coffee shops, and trying new restaurants.

Deeply rooted in her faith and passion to serve, Sierra brings warmth, integrity, and dedication to everything she does.
